Buffalo Ridge Golf Course

Buffalo Ridge is a 9-hole course in northeast Kearney, Nebraska, built in the 1960s by the Fox family. It fell into disrepair over the years before new ownership took over in 2023 and brought it back to life with improved greens and fairways. The course plays to a par 36 of about 3,000 yards, with an even distribution of par 3s, par 4s, and par 5s spread across 69 acres. The clubhouse offers indoor and outdoor seating, TVs, and plenty of food and drink for golfers and non-golfers alike. Locals know that "making the turn" happens after the 5th hole, where the green's proximity to the clubhouse makes it an ideal spot to grab drinks and snacks or use the restroom.
